Job summary

Blick Art Materials, LLC is seeking a Custom Services Associate to assist the team in serving customers with art and framing needs. You will help maintain an organized workshop, design counter, and sales floor while delivering friendly, professional service and supporting sales objectives.

The role requires knowledge of art framing, handling archiving materials, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a retail environment. Flexible day/evening shifts, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service with product knowledge and design sensibility.
• Ability to operate framing software and process transactions.
• Willingness to learn, solve problems and contribute to sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting art and framing products.
• Complete Blick training, sign up new preferred customers, and assist with special orders.
• Process transactions using framing software and store POS; assist in merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
