Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) in Centerville, IA is seeking an Assembler II - Framing to fabricate and assemble frames for refrigeration systems according to blueprints and schematics.

You will read blueprints, BOMs, and job orders, and may assemble electrical wiring, coils, and controls. The role requires fabricating sheet metal parts with drills and screw guns, using measuring tools, and keeping the work area safe and clean. Onsite 1st shift with performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine component placement and type.
• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials (BOM).
• May assemble and mount electrical wiring circuits, coils, controls, and recording devices.
• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts using drill, screw gun, and other tools.
• Identify power and hand tools used on their assigned product line.

Responsibilities
