Job summary

Michaels - Store Team in Toms River, NJ is seeking a friendly retail associate to help customers find framing solutions and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will engage customers, operate the cash register, and support framing orders with attention to detail to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, restocking, inventory accuracy, and providing omni-channel support. Prior retail experience and basic measuring skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• basic computer skills and basic measuring skills
• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter
• retail experience preferred
• experience selling products and/or services to customers

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop our store
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time
• Maintain ready-made frame department and inventory
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Follow SOPs and safety programs
