Job summary

Dover Food Retail in South Chesterfield, VA seeks a Team Lead – Frames to direct manufacturing teams and drive improvements. You will coordinate safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) while sustaining 6S and standard work on the line.

You will lead daily huddle meetings, Kaizen activities, and cross-functional training, ensuring on-time production and adherence to company policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related manufacturing experience.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing teams.
• Drive SQDC (Safety-Quality-Delivery-Cost) and Lean initiatives.
• Conduct daily huddle team meetings focused on area performance.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and Kaizen activities.
• Maintain 6S and Standard Work on the line.
• Coordinate material scheduling and ensure on-time delivery to lines.
