Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related manufacturing/operations experience.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook; AS400 knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing teams.
• Drive SQDC and Lean initiatives for performance.
• Conduct daily huddle meetings focusing on area results.
• Sustain continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Maintain 6S, visual boards, and training matrices.
• Coordinate material scheduling to avoid line shortages.
• Support on-time delivery for internal/external customers.
