Job summary

Walman Optical is seeking a Distribution Clerk to receive, pull, pack and ship products and marketing materials at our Omaha, NE location. The role includes handling returns, refurbishing products, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

The position is full-time with standard hoursMon-Fri 10:00am–6:00pm, offering a total rewards package including health care, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts. Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions and manuals.
• Basic understanding and use of computer.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and pull customer orders and ship orders.
• Move material from receiving/storage to shipping or designated areas.
• Fill sales/purchase orders and distribute items to shipping.
• Ensure warehouse is safe and accessible.
• Prepare parcels for mailing and log them in tracking system.
• Maintain neat, clean and organized work area.
