Job summary

Pro Truss & Panel, LLC is seeking a skilled Framer in Howell, MI to read blueprints or building plans and construct the framework using a variety of tools. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe job site and keeping tools in good condition, while following standard safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has construction experience, strong attention to detail, and can work well in a team environment to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• The ability to work well in a team environment.
• The ability to read and understand blueprints or building plans.
• Previous framing or construction experience is desired.
• The ability to lift heavy or awkward objects on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Examine, read, and interpret blueprints and building plans to ensure all dimensions are accurate and the proper building materials are being used
• Ability to safely operate construction tools like nail guns, routers, saws, and ladders
• Construct framework including walls, doorframes, and floors
• Utilize tools such as rigging hardware and cranes to put up the necessary framing
• Clean and maintain tools, work site, and equipment to keep a clean and safe job site
