Job summary

BiltWise Structures, LLC is seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team in New Mexico. You will measure, cut, assemble and install wood or metal framing for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Framer, Carpenter, or in a related construction role.
• Strong knowledge of framing techniques, materials, and building codes.

• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in varied conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, mark, and cut wood, steel, or other materials to precise dimensions.
• Construct and install floor joists, walls, partitions, ceilings, rafters, roof trusses, and stairways.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively. Ensure framing structures are level, square, plumb, and structurally sound.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
