Job summary

Eyebobs is seeking a friendly Frame-ist for our retail stores in Minnesota. You will deliver a consultative customer experience, educate customers on frame and lens options, and drive daily and weekly sales to meet targets. This part-time role requires availability on weekends/holidays and comfort with POS systems, CRM, and eyewear products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of successful retail or customer service experience.
• Optical experience? Bonus; training provided if none.
• Experience processing sales transactions using POS systems.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and G-suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly, consultative customer experience that prioritizes customer relationships and exceptional service to set eyebobs apart.
• Engage and educate customers with frame and lens selection using our FRAME sales process.
• Drive personal daily and weekly sales results to meet monthly targets using our FRAME sales process and add-on selling to meet customer needs.
• Complete customer call-backs with current and prospective customers.
• Independently handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures; elevate issues as appropriate.
• Offer suggestions to store leadership to improve daily sales trends and store operations.
