Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of frame mill or furniture manufacturing operations experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing employees on frame mill operations and safety.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
• Demonstrate frame assembly techniques and quality standards.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors and HR on onboarding.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
