Job summary

Green Ford, Inc. is seeking an experienced automotive technician to identify and repair vehicle issues efficiently, following dealership and factory standards. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and ensure quality workmanship that meets customer expectations.

Role requires steady hands, attention to detail, and the ability to road-test vehicles when necessary. You will keep current knowledge of welding, suspension, and framework repair techniques and commit to ongoing learning and

Qualifications

• Experience with welding, suspension and framework repairs.
• ICAR Certifications or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders and estimates; follow warranty guidelines.
• Road test vehicles when necessary to ensure quality repair.
• Maintain knowledge of job and technical skills including truck manufacturers repair process.
• Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy.
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
• Advise body shop estimator of additional damage or supplemental needs.
