You will collaborate with Global Product Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to deliver robust packaging solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership of testing, validation, and documentation, with opportunities for cross-site technical transfers and ESG-related initiatives within packaging

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years in packaging engineering, development, testing, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of packaging materials, components, testing methodologies, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience evaluating packaging tests, interpreting specs and drawings, and documenting results.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging development for fragrance launches from feasibility to commercialization.
• Collaborate with design, product marketing, manufacturing, and QA to ensure on-brand packaging functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Develop scalable, supply-chain-friendly packaging solutions aligned with brand and cost objectives.
• Own testing, validation, documentation, and technical transfers across suppliers and sites.
