Job summary

Indotronix is seeking a Fragrance Development Support Assistant in Plainsboro, NJ for a 6-month assignment. You will work closely with the Fragrance Development team on all aspects of their business needs, including market product evaluation setup, data entry and image editing. The role follows a day shift from 8:30 to 5:00.

Education required is a High School Diploma with strong written and verbal communication, plus a proactive, self-starting attitude to meet fast-paced needs.

Job Title: Fragrance Development Support Assistant
Location: Plainsboro, NJ 08536
Duration: 6 months- possible extension
Pay rate: $25.00/hr.- $27.00/hr
Shift: Day shift - 8:30-5pm

Description:

• The Fragrance Development Support Assistant will work closely with the Fragrance Development team, supporting them on all aspects of their business needs.
• This individual will be an integral part of the team, supporting on daily activities as they relate to market products, evaluation set up and general needs of the team.
• Working closely under the direction of the Fragrance Development Services Manager, support will also be provided in other areas as needed to meet the fast-paced needs of the team.
• Key responsibilities include evaluation set up & clean up, market product organization, management of fine fragrance collection (physical & digital collections) product pour off requests, hair swatch decontamination, brand research, data entry and product image editing

Education: High School Diploma Required

Top 3 Skills: Strong written and oral communication, detail oriented, self- starter, proactive and motivated individual

Interview Process: Teams\ final round In Person
