Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Fragrance Project & Formula Management Lead to support the management, accuracy, compliance, and commercialization of fragrance formulas through the product lifecycle.

This role will serve as a key liaison between Perfumers, Evaluation, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, Creative, affiliates, and other stakeholders to ensure fragrance formulas meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, cost objectives, and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the fragrance industry.
• Experience with fragrance formula lifecycle management and project workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PV/GPM and D365 preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern fragrance formulas in ERP systems with data integrity and lifecycle compliance.
• Manage formula revisions, raw material substitutions, and regulatory updates.
• Develop and maintain formula management standards and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional implementation of material and formula changes.
• Coordinate transfers between Bell locations and ensure documentation.
• Support supplier qualification, change management, and commercialization processes.
