Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a Fragrance Project & Formula Management Lead to oversee fragrance formulas from development through commercialization. The role requires coordinating with Perfumers, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure formula accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in fragrance formula lifecycle management and commercialization processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern fragrance formulas in formulation management and ERP systems.
• Manage formula revisions, raw material substitutions, supplier changes, and regulatory updates.
• Develop standards and procedures for formula management and cross-functional governance.
• Coordinate formula transfers between Bell locations and document in systems.
• Lead daily project review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
• Serve as a liaison between Perfumers, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, Operations, and Sales.
