Newell Brands is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Williamsburg, VA to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving profitable top-line sales growth.

You will help recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team, manage staffing including seasonal hires, and ensure onboarding and development. You will also coach for selling behaviors and loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred (2+ years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
