Job summary

Arootah is seeking experienced Treasury Analysts to join its advisor network, supporting clients in the alternative investment landscape on cash management, collateral optimization, reconciliation, NAV oversight, and treasury reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in alt asset middle office roles, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Aladdin/Charles River and Bloomberg tools. This is a project-based engagement model within a trusted advisor network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with Alternative Asset Manager/Hedge Fund Middle Office, Administrator, Institutional Investment Bank or Prime Broker.
• Proficiency in Excel using pivot tables, vlookups, macros, and related functions.
• Working knowledge of P&L components across security types.
• Understanding of fixed income, cash, OTC derivatives, and standard settlement mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Support treasury operations for clients across cash management and collateral optimization.
• Develop and implement reconciliation processes for daily/monthly periods.
• Oversee NAV oversight frameworks and pricing/valuation controls.
• Create treasury reporting dashboards and analytics for management levels.
