Job summary

Palm is seeking a part-time fractional operator who will mentor portfolio CEOs in consumer startups from Austin. You’ll work hands-on guiding strategic direction, refining theses, acquiring first customers, and proving unit economics across the portfolio.

You’ll coordinate with Palm leadership, leverage your network to connect founders to resources, and coach CEOs with urgency and psychological safety, all within a high-impact studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as founder/CEO/COO across consumer startups.
• Experience scaling a brand from first customer to profitability.
• Ability to guide product-market fit and channel scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of CEO sessions, 1:1 advisory, portfolio reviews and hands-on support between meetings.
• Leverage your network to help founders move from thesis to scaling channels in D2C.
• Interface with Palm leadership to share insights and shape platform evolution.
• Identify gaps and connect CEOs to Palm resources or industry experts.
• Coach founder-CEOs with urgency and psychological safety.
