Job summary

Town Web is seeking an experienced Integrator/Chief of Staff to keep the EOS-based operating system running during the Visionary's maternity leave, starting December 2026. You will own the weekly operating rhythm across departments, ensuring rocks move forward and decisions are recorded with owners and dates.

You will unblock cross-team issues, drive launches and initiatives including new product rollouts, and oversee organizational structure decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Integrator, Chief of Staff, or operations leader in a growing company.
• Working knowledge of EOS or similar.
• Strong facilitation to keep meetings on track and closer to decisions.
• Direct communicator who leads with recommendations, not open questions.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly operating rhythm across Product, Platform, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Business Services.
• Handle day-to-day Rock check-ins, unblock issues between teams, and ensure actions have owners and due dates.
• Oversee hiring for approved roles, onboarding, and ongoing performance conversations.
• Make operational structure calls and log changes for the Integrator's return.
