Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational leadership at scale (COO/Integrator or similar).
• Minimum 3+ years with professionally implemented EOS framework.
• Direct, courageous communication and accountability at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Direct, evaluate, and hold the executive leadership team accountable to company goals.
• Own the realization of the annual business plan, manage financial targets, and hit quarterly Rocks and KPIs.
• Serve as EOS Process Champion with Level 10s, Scorecards, V/TO, and IDS.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, remove friction, ensure flawless client execution.
• Act as an off-the-charts problem solver with high EQ and practical SOP architecture.
