Job summary

IdentityLogic Consulting LLC is seeking a fractional IAM leader to guide senior identity strategy for mid-market clients on a part-time basis. You will own program direction across one to three client engagements, including vendor selection and stakeholder alignment.

You will define IAM roadmaps, lead platform evaluations, and report progress to client executives while mentoring client staff and staying current on market trends and threats.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IAM or security leadership experience with at least 5 years in a director or CISO-level role.
• Proven ability to communicate with CIOs, CFOs, boards, and audit committees.
• Experience leading multi-client IAM programs across mid-market to enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as the named IAM leader for up to three concurrent client programs
• Define IAM roadmaps aligned with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and budgets
• Lead platform selection including RFPs and vendor demos
• Report to client executive leadership and board committees on status and risk
• Mentor client staff and build capability within their IAM function
• Represent client interests during engagements delivered by IdentityLogic engineers
• Stay current on IAM market direction and vendor landscape
