You will write briefs, build prototypes, test workflows, and hand off polished assets while collaborating with the Managing Partner to identify leverage points across growth, brand, and sales. This role blends strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience turning strategy into briefs, workflows and assets.
• Ability to build practical AI-enabled solutions for studio operations and client delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build practical AI solutions for studio operations, client delivery, sales enablement, research, reporting, and repeatable creative production.
• Support brand and GTM work by turning client context into clear positioning, decks, outreach, launch materials, and execution plans.
• Own small growth experiments from hypothesis to assets, instrumentation, follow-up, and next recommendation.
• Translate loose asks into briefs, workflows, artifacts, and systems that make the next round of work easier.
• Work directly with the Managing Partner to identify where the studio needs leverage and then make the useful version real.
