Job summary

OpenKrill, a startup in AI recruiting, seeks its first designer for a fractional role (10–20 hours/week). You will shape the product experience, establish design standards, and own key surfaces while collaborating with product and engineering.

You will define visual direction, build design systems, and iterate from user feedback. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience in startups or fractional design are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and shipping consumer or B2B digital products end to end.
• An accessible portfolio with relevant product design work and shipped examples.
• Experience creating design systems, standards, and documentation for teams to use.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams, iterating designs based on user feedback.
• Startup or fractional design experience is helpful; familiarity with HTML and CSS.
