We're looking for a sharp, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. This is a high-trust role at the center of a fast-moving healthcare startup — you'll keep two busy executives organized, prepared, and focused on what matters most, while helping keep the broader leadership team running smoothly. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in New Orleans. Some in-office presence is required each week to support in-person meetings, coordination, and team logistics; the rest is flexible.
Starting salary $25-35 depending on experience
