Job summary

V Group Inc. is seeking an executive-level leader to drive the ConneXion Implementation Support Services program for the Missouri Department of Mental Health.

The role provides strategic oversight across initiation, implementation, stabilization, CMS certification, and post-go-live operations. The executive director will coordinate with DMH-DDD leadership, ITSD, CMS stakeholders, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with state objectives, governance, and budgets, while maintaining strong risk

Qualifications

• Eight or more years leading Medicaid transformation initiatives or large public-sector modernization programs.
• Experience giving executive oversight for multi-year, multi-phase programs with multiple vendors.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders including State leadership and inter-agency partners.
• Knowledge of CMS certification processes and regulatory readiness.
• Strong governance facilitation and risk management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for initiation, implementation, stabilization, and go-live.
• Serve as the executive liaison between the ISS Vendor and DMH-DDD leadership.
• Ensure deliverables align with scope, schedules, budgets, and readiness criteria.
• Lead cross-vendor governance, decision frameworks, and escalation pathways.
• Oversee PMO, scheduling, quality management, and organizational readiness.
