Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive business operations, executive leadership, or organizational leadership experience.
• Direct responsibility for accountability, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
• Experience as COO, Fractional COO, VP Operations, or similar with accountability leadership.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, staffing models, and operational trade-offs.
• Excellent executive communication and discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently with consistent weekly availability and clear accountability reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly accountability meetings with each department leader (program operations, clinical services, administration, HR).
• Review commitments, outcomes, deadlines, staffing performance, and follow up on overdue items; document owners and next steps.
• Monitor dashboards and performance reports; propose improvement plans and corrective actions with HR coordination.
