Chief Outsiders is a national firm that places CMOs on a fractional basis to help midsize companies grow. We seek former VPs of Marketing or CMOs with a market-based perspective to guide CEOs on growth and marketing tool selection.

This is not an “eat what you kill” role; compensation is revenue-share with lead generation support. Most CMOs target annual earnings over $200,000, with some earning significantly more.

Qualifications

• Held VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies.
• Ability to help a CEO or business owner understand where to grow and which marketing tools to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help the CEO and leadership team understand real business problems and develop and implement a tailored plan.
• Lead growth initiatives in strategy, marketing, and business management for client companies.
