Job summary

FinanceWithin, LLC. is hiring a full-time Client CFO (Director) to serve as a fractional CFO for a portfolio of consumer brands across e-commerce, retail, and CPG. The role blends financial strategy, FP&A, and advisory work with a focus on building scalable processes and automation.

You will communicate with founders, investors, and the board, turning data into clear strategic decisions. Ideal candidates excel in Excel, investor calls, and boardroom dialogue, with a track record of multi-client

Qualifications

• Senior finance leader with multi-client experience.
• Deep understanding of consumer brands (DTC/retail).
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, and multi-year modeling.
• Experience with QBO or NetSuite and ERP systems.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and capital planning for a portfolio of brands.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and board reporting.
• Partner with founders/CEOs and investors on strategy.
• Build scalable financial systems, templates, and automation.
• Manage banking, investor, and board relationships.
