Qualifications

• Experience as CFO, Controller, or financial advisor.
• Experience with healthcare clinics or behavioral health.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and financial modeling experience.
• Familiarity with insurance reimbursement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a 12-week rolling cash flow forecast.
• Monitor payroll obligations and ensure liquidity.
• Identify cash gaps before they occur.
• Analyze revenue vs payroll sustainability.
• Evaluate staffing levels relative to billable hours.
• Monitor financial health of the organization.
• Track claims submitted, reimbursements, and payment timelines with the billing team.
• Forecast incoming insurance payments and cash receipts.
• Develop a monthly financial model for the company.
• Advise on safe hiring and staffing expansion.
• Recommend strategies for building operating reserves.
• Provide leadership with guidance on financing decisions and growth planning.
