Revolution Energy Services is seeking a Shop Tech II for Frac Valve Repair and Wellhead work in Washington, PA. The role involves teardown, inspection, and assembly with opportunities to advance to independent repair.

You will read blueprints and spec sheets, use precision tools, and document outcomes while adhering to safety standards. Occasional overtime to meet production schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of shop mechanical or industrial repair experience.
• Basic ability to read blueprints, spec sheets, and bill of materials.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform teardown, cleaning, and inspection of frac valves and wellhead components.
• Measure critical dimensions and tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and gauges per specification sheets.
• Replace seals, seats, springs, and other standard wear components following documented procedures.
• Assist with reassembly of frac valves and wellhead assemblies under the guidance of a Level 3 or 4 technician.
• Perform basic pressure testing of components under direct supervision and record results.
• Accurately complete inspection, repair, and work order documentation.
• Begin cross-training on wellhead component assembly, including make-up procedures and torque specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; participate in shop JSAs and safety meetings.
