Job summary

Total Frac Solutions in Houston is seeking a Shop Technician to test, rebuild, and maintain pressure control equipment for frac locations. The role starts in Houston and transitions to a Midland rotation after 90–150 days, with shifts and overtime as required.

You will follow safety rules, perform high-pressure testing, inspect valves, run test reports, and operate torque, forklift, and crane equipment in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read work orders, routers, and basic drawings.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a hot shop.

Responsibilities

• Test, rebuild, and maintain frac valves and pressure control equipment.
• Perform pressure and functional testing up to 15,000 psi per work orders.
• Operate torque equipment to spec values and use gauges for verification.
• Move equipment safely using forklift and overhead crane.
