Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an experienced Wheel Loader Operator for our frac sand plant in Strasburg, OH. This role involves nightly or day shifts on a 4-on/4-off schedule, loading sand, moving material, and maintaining stockpiles to keep production on target.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating wheel loaders of various sizes.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely with minimal supervision.
• Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders to load sand into hoppers and transport material.
• Move material to stockpile areas accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain pile organization and clean work area; report issues promptly.
• Operate skid steers and track hoes as required by the job.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report mechanical issues.
