Job summary

Total Sand Services, LLC (TSS) is seeking a Transload Operator to coordinate and execute the safe transfer of frac sand from railcars to semi trucks at the transload facility. You will maintain production flow, safety compliance, and efficient material transfer across shifts, ensuring timely loading and accurate queue management.

The role requires strong communication with drivers and yard personnel, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to adapt to changing production needs and weather

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in transload operations or related material handling is preferred.
• Ability to operate conveyor systems and loading equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unloading of frac sand from railcars and load into semi trucks.
• Operate and monitor sand conveyor systems and related transload equipment.
• Direct truck traffic within the transload yard for safe, efficient loading.
• Communicate loading procedures and safety expectations to drivers.
• Inspect railcars, conveyors and loading areas for leaks or unsafe conditions.
