Job summary

Total Sand Services, LLC (TSS) is seeking a Transload Operator to coordinate and execute safe transfer of frac sand from railcars to semi trucks at the transload facility. You will ensure proper sequencing, monitor conveyors, and communicate with drivers and yard staff to uphold safety and production flow.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires handling equipment, adapting to schedules, and maintaining inventory accuracy while following all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transload, sand handling, rail yard, or truck loading preferred.
• Strong safety focus and PPE usage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unloading from railcars and loading into semi trucks per schedule.
• Operate and monitor sand conveyor systems and transload equipment.
• Direct truck traffic within the yard to ensure safe and efficient loading.
• Communicate loading procedures clearly with drivers and staff.
• Perform pre-shift inspections of railcars, conveyors, and loading areas.
• Maintain accurate sand inventory and loading progress.
