Cudd Energy Services in Odessa, TX is seeking a Frac Equipment Operator to operate and maintain frac equipment, including pumps, blender, sand silos, and hydration units, ensuring safety and compliance in all operations.

You will perform pre-job prep, mobilization, rig up/down, on-site operations, maintenance, and post-job inventories, working 12–15 hour shifts with 14/7 rotations. Competitive pay, camp housing/meals, health insurance, and career training available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating frac equipment (sand/sil pumps, blender and additives).
• Demonstrated teamwork and safety focus in oilfield operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and follow supervisor guidance.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Operate and monitor frac equipment including sand silos, blender, pumps and data van.
• Assist in mobilization, rig up/down, safety meetings and post-job inventories.
