Qualifications

• Experience operating frac equipment (sand, pumps, blender, liquid additive systems, line boss, data van).
• Willingness to work as a team.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to work 12-15 hour shifts, two-week rotations (14/7).
• Physical ability to climb ladders, carry hoses and iron, swing a sledgehammer.
