Job summary

Halliburton in Odessa, Texas is seeking experienced field personnel to perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and to prepare equipment for jobs. You will ensure customer satisfaction and operate high‑pressure pumps and blenders safely in accordance with job design and KPIs.

The role requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent and a Class A CDL, plus a clean driving record. You must be willing to work day or night shifts and participate in competency programs for skill

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Class A CDL license is required.
A clean driving record with no DWI/DUI in the past three years is required.
Completion of Service Operator I/II or equivalent competency is required depending on the position.

Responsibilities

Rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for job execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
Operate safely with service equipment, including high-pressure pumps and/or blenders.
Perform necessary calculations and data collection at the well site.
Coordinate clean-up and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work day or night shifts as needed.
