Job summary

NES Fircroft invites applications for the FPSO QAQC Manager role. The project is based initially in Paris, then at the contractor's engineering and construction site in Asia, with a 12-month renewable duration and a start date of September 2026.

The position is residential and requires strong QA/QC leadership in a multi-cultural offshore environment. Requirements include an engineering degree, 10–20 years of professional experience with managerial responsibilities, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote Quality in the project and provide Quality advice.
• Lead and support the Project 'Quality Culture' deployment program.
• Involve during FPSO hook-up, installation, and offshore commissioning phases.
• Review Contractor's QA/QC Plans and ensure coherence with project requirements.
• Audit quality procedures and support organization, implementation and audits.
• supervise QA/QC Leaders and Engineers and ensure confidentiality of documentation.
