Job summary

Hercules Offshore in Houston is looking for a Project Manager to lead the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase for redeployment of an external-turret-moored FPSO. The role involves overseeing the FEED process, managing budget and schedule, and coordinating contractors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FPSO projects, including life extension and modifications, with a strong emphasis on compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in offshore oil and gas, 8 years in FPSO engineering, and 5 years in FEED/EPC project leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership of FEED for at least one FPSO project.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engineering contractors and coordinate complex interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire FEED process for FPSO redeployment, managing budget, schedule, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate and integrate three FEED contractors, making decisions on system reuse and refurbishment.
• Develop and execute strategies for Long Lead Items and Packages.
