Job summary

Barnes Group Inc. (Barnes Aerospace West Chester Division) seeks an FPI Inspector to support material flow in manufacturing. You will perform routine inspections, record results, and assist with inventory control to ensure parts are available for production.

The role requires 2 years of quality inspection experience, ability to read operation sheets, and strong verbal and written communication across all levels. Familiarity with penetrant/visual NDT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control and standard work to ensure material availability for daily needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement metrics across FPI disciplines.
