Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF and DSP in Huntsville, AL. The role owns strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle management of RF, DSP and FPGA-based COTS solutions, translating engineering tradeoffs into market-ready products.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background with RF/DSP/FPGA expertise, and will guide products from concept through launch, partnering with engineering and sales while addressing customer requirements and strategic business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline;(Master's preferred).
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or defense/embedded tech markets.
• Strong technical understanding of FPGA, RF systems and DSP.
• Understanding RF-to-digital signal chain including RF front ends, data converters, FPGA processing, DSP.
• Ability to translate concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Excellent communication with engineering, sales, customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, tech trends, intelligence, and business goals.
• Translate system requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to executives.
• Lead product concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch.
• Evaluate competitive products, architectures and form factors.
• Manage portfolio profitability and investment priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and priorities.
• Work with sales/customers to understand market needs and opportunities.
• Engage with customers and provide technical support during complex discussions.
• Prepare technical presentations, collateral and training materials.
• Ensure secure customer engagements where required.
