Job summary

You will mentor engineers, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and optimize cost and schedule while ensuring high‑quality development kits for multiple generations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience in FPGA platforms or development/evaluation kits.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams through technical issues and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of Altera FPGA development kits across board architecture, RTL, and firmware.
• Drive manufacturing execution with contract manufacturers and suppliers across US/Asia.
• Manage BOM planning, cost optimization, and component availability across programs.
• Coordinate with architecture, validation, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams.
• Improve design methods and platform robustness based on lessons learned.
