Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience managing technical projects including schedule, earned value management, risk, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Engineering for FPGA/ASIC and Foundational Software programs to ensure internal and customer commitments are met.
• Provide project management direction during all program phases including pursuit, bidding, planning, and execution.
• Track and report cost and schedule status.
• Ensure compliance with Program and Product requirements as reflected in design plans.
• Lead a wide range of entry-level to senior engineers.
• Travel up to 10% annually
