Job summary

HII Mission Technologies in Roanoke, VA seeks engineers for challenging digital design verification in a flipped environment. You will verify gate-level netlists, develop test benches, and uncover hidden behaviors in FPGA/ASIC designs.

Candidates should have experience with SystemVerilog/SystemC, commercial simulators, and scripting. DoD clearance (or ability to obtain) is strongly preferred for this mid-level role in a dynamic defense-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern digital verification and modeling languages.
• Familiar with gate- and transaction-level verification techniques.
• Proficient with commercial simulators and debugging flows.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Tcl; version control experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify design function and integrity for FPGA/ASIC using standard tools.
• Develop models, transactors, stimuli, monitors and test benches.
• Produce clear documentation and test cases for bugs or deviations.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver cohesive results and improved processes.
• Communicate effectively and design maintainable verification approaches.
