FP Movement is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager to support selling, service, and store operations with an emphasis on merchandising and display. The role aims to create an inspiring visual experience rooted in fitness, wellness, and happiness for customers at our Austin location.

The position requires leading the team in visual initiatives, coordinating events with local partners, and ensuring a seamless omni-channel customer journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values in creating engaging visual experiences.
• Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards.
• Supports in-store events and partnerships to drive engagement and sales.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and FP App.
• Maintains visual standards and inventory controls to support profitability.
