Qualifications

• 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in creating engaging visual experiences and events.
• Lead and train staff to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations.
• Assist with in-store marketing, merchandising, and outfitting.
• Ensure omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately.
• Maintain store safety, inventory accuracy and adherence to company policies.
