Job summary

Free People in Charleston is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager to lead merchandising and display, creating an inspiring environment for wellness and happiness. You will train the team, drive omni-channel experiences, and collaborate on in-store events aligned with FP Movement.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for the brand, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards; guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations.
• Acts as brand ambassador and leads in-store visual initiatives to engage the FP Movement customer.
• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and retention to strengthen the brand and store connection.
• Manages inventory and POS/MPOS processes to ensure accurate in-store and omni-channel execution.
