URBN Inc. Summer Internship Program invites fashion design students to gain hands-on experience across our brands, including FP Movement. Interns participate in trend research, concept development, and presentations, with mentorship from senior designers.

The program runs 6/7–8/13 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and potential full-time interviews. Applications close 10/30/2026.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; CLO 3D a plus.
• Excellent sketching and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concept presentations.
• Support the design team with sketching, CADs, and technical packages.
• Help source fabrics, trims, and inspiration materials for upcoming collections.
• Organize and maintain sample libraries, swatch books, and design archives.
• Participate in fittings, design reviews, and cross‑functional meetings with buying and production teams.
• Conduct trend and market research to support design direction and innovation.
• Assist in preparing line sheets, spec sheets, and internal presentation materials.

FP Movement is looking for Apparel Design Interns across categories to join us for the Summer. As an Apparel Design Intern, you’ll assist in the design and development of seasonal collections, from concept to final sample. You’ll contribute to trend research, sketching, fabric sourcing, and presentation building, gaining hands‑on experience in the fast‑paced world of fashion design.

FP Movement Apparel Design is seeking creative, curious, and passionate design students to join our Summer 2027 Design Internship Program. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a dynamic, collaborative creative environment while contributing to the design and development of products across our portfolio of distinctive lifestyle brands.

Interns will work alongside experienced designers and cross‑functional partners, gaining exposure to the creative process from concept through execution. Depending on their area of focus, interns may have the opportunity to contribute to research and trend development, concepting, design development, technical execution, presentations, and other aspects of the product creation process.

This program is designed for students who are eager to learn, bring a strong creative point of view, collaborate with others, and contribute to an evolving brand and design landscape.
