Job summary

FP Movement in Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized Brand Marketing Coordinator to support our brand and influencer marketing initiatives. You will assist with gifting orders, product shipments, and influencer communications.

This role requires 1–3 years in brand/influencer marketing, excellent communication, and strong organization. Proficiency with Excel, Asana, and Canva is preferred. Some events may require night/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media, PR, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel, Asana, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist with placing marketing gifting orders and coordinating product shipments.
• Monitor influencer content and campaign performance.
• Support day-to-day influencer communications, including event invitations and product shipments.
• Assist with creator sourcing, event invite lists, and campaign casting recommendations.
• Assist with brand campaigns and product-focused campaigns.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing recaps for all brand projects.
• Take notes in meetings and circulate timely recaps to the team.
• Maintain marketing docs and image library.
• Support onsite for brand events and photoshoots.
• Keep daily marketing operations running smoothly; some night/weekend events required.

Role Summary

FP Movement is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to support our brand and influencer marketing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with placing marketing gifting orders and coordinating product shipments
• Monitor influencer content and campaign performance through CreatorIQ
• Support day-to-day influencer communications, including event invitations, product shipment updates, and campaign logistics
• Assist with creator sourcing, event invite lists, and campaign casting recommendations
• Assist with brand campaigns and product-focused campaigns
• Assist with monthly and quarterly marketing recaps for all brand marketing projects
• Take notes in relevant meetings and send timely recaps to the team
• Maintain marketing doc and image library
• Support and assist onsite for brand events and photoshoots
• Manage daily organizational tasks to ensure the marketing team and office is running smoothly
• Some occasional night and weekend events required

Role Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media, PR, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for FP Movement brand and the activewear space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-versed in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques
• Extremely organized
• Strong work ethic and time management skills, ability to prioritize projects and multitask
• A collaborative, “team-first” attitude and willingness to move quickly
• Detail-oriented and strategic thinker
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, project tracking documents, Asana, and Canva preferred

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

The wage range for this role is $70,000-70,000. Wages are based on several factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc.
