URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. through its FP Movement brand is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles to support our brand and influencer initiatives. You will assist with gifting orders, product shipments, and coordinating influencer campaigns while tracking performance.

You will help with creator sourcing, event invites, and campaign casting, plus support monthly and quarterly recaps and onsite brand events. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing and grammar abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Team player with a proactive, fast-paced work style.
• Experience with Excel, project tracking documents, Asana, and Canva is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing gifting orders and coordinating product shipments.
• Monitor influencer content and campaign performance using CreatorIQ.
• Support influencer communications, event invitations, and campaign logistics.
• Assist with creator sourcing, event invite lists, and casting recommendations.
• Contribute to brand and product-focused campaigns and monthly/quarterly recaps.
• Take meeting notes and send timely team recaps; maintain marketing docs and image library.
• Support onsite for brand events and photoshoots; keep the marketing team organized.
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Role Summary

FP Movement is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to support our brand and influencer marketing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with placing marketing gifting orders and coordinating product shipments
• Monitor influencer content and campaign performance through CreatorIQ
• Support day-to-day influencer communications, including event invitations, product shipment updates, and campaign logistics
• Assist with creator sourcing, event invite lists, and campaign casting recommendations
• Assist with brand campaigns and product-focused campaigns
• Assist with monthly and quarterly marketing recaps for all brand marketing projects
• Take notes in relevant meetings and send timely recaps to the team
• Maintain marketing doc and image library
• Support and assist onsite for brand events and photoshoots
• Manage daily organizational tasks to ensure the marketing team and office is running smoothly
• Some occasional night and weekend events required

Role Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media, PR, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for FP Movement brand and the activewear space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-versed in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques
• Extremely organized
• Strong work ethic and time management skills, ability to prioritize projects and multitask
• A collaborative, “team-first” attitude and willingness to move quickly
• Detail-oriented and strategic thinker
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, project tracking documents, Asana, and Canva preferred

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

The wage range for this role is $70,000-70,000. Wages are based on several factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc.
